Many change leaders struggle to get others to see the world differently and inspired to act on their ideas. I create bespoke immersive interventions for leaders and their teams to get quickly unstuck, experience new and unknown perspectives in a safe environment, so that they feel engaged, inspired, and confident to rise above the ordinary and change the game together. Accelerate meaningful change so that people can lead more fulfilling lives.

I currently works as a Senior Strategy & Change consultant at InContext Consultancy Group in The Netherlands. I am also a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield University in the UK where I worked for more than a decade as a Senior Lecturer in Strategy & Change. I hold an Engineering Doctorate from Cranfield University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology. My work has been published by Harvard Business Review and California Management Review.
